not only have spurs signing been amazing! even there out goings could be great! if rumours are to be believe carrol could be on his way to Ajax for a season long loan,
i think this is a great move for both carrol and spurs.

so here we go again! another day another twist in the Bale saga,
no deal confirmed, other bids in for him? maybe man u?
spurs saying they don't want to sell him,
Bale saying he will only leave for Madrid!
(all rumours and speculation of course)
i think myself that he will prob go to Madrid, but a part of me is still holding on to a little bit of hope that he will stay!

Would also prefer eriksen or Lamela. I don't think willian is worth the money, he's 25 hasn't broke into the Brazil squad, and dosnt have a great goal scoring record either.

You have to remember he is only 21 from argentina via italy. dosnt speak english and has no fell country men at the club to help him settle in, so he is going to take longer than the other new signings to settle in.
I think paulinho is quality. at 17mil compared to citys 40mil fernandinho, its not hard to see who got the better deal.

Arsenal will huff an puff for the next 2 weeks about who they are going to bring in, then won't get them! and sign some dodgy last minute panic buys on the last day.
basically the same as last year then.
Chelsea have 11 midfielders, man city have 13, and utd have 10 and still looking to sign another one or two.
with most teams playing 5 mids with one up front, 6 or 7 mids wouldn't be worth a s**t over the season.
a big squad is key if we want to compete on all fronts, that's why we struggled at the end of last season. with injuries and suspensions, there were some matchs we had the bare 11 with nothing on the bench that could come on and change a match.
i think if we sign Lamela and willian with contreao, and bale goes that will be us pretty much good to go for the season.
