Surely ozil will want to win something so he won't be going to ARSEnal as for di matia he would suit your style of play, looks good but amounts to nothing. I know you think i'm having a dif about your style, I am not I do think you play some lovely football but it all to often fizzles out to nothing hence your need for a top striker so yes di maria is your kind of player.
