Expect to hear the completion of the signing of Willian and Spurs are in talks with A S Roma to sign Lamela as well, but this could take a bit more time.
Once Spurs complete their transfer inevitably Gareth Bale will be going to Real Madrid with Coentrao coming to Spurs as part of the deal.
1.) Hopefully we have willian and lamela for the arsenal game next weekend. weather forecast predicts a storm because tottenham are going to rain down on em. COYS

3.) Are we not still exposed to an injury to Soldado? Not sure who steps in if he misses 4 to 6 games. I know JD and Ade, but that seems potentially like a big risk we are taking in a position that has caused us pain for the last couple of seasons when all the pieces around it are in place with quality cover.
4.) Expat - Chadli can step into that role as well!
But you are right I would like to see an addition up front and centre back to be fair!
I think the young Watford lad could be great back up for strikers role and Williams from Swansea would make good support for cb. If only big led was still fit we would be formidable at the back.
However these two player are world class and would really help us push for for a good title challenge.

It doesn't matter if Lamela or Eriksen and Clariches play or not. We got a massive squad already to choose from and probs be better as they have gelled a bit together already. Defoe done well other night

I think adebayor may be of some use this season. Its down to him now, I seen him play really well to really poor.
1.) Agreed, being second or third choice will force him to prove himself in training. If he earns a spot then good for him. I think he and defoe could be excellent supersubs. I would rate our striking department as very low transfer priority now, on par with selling/upgrading a gomes/friedal.

Why would he go to Liverpool for over Spurs. lol {Ed008's Note - Eriksen might go to Milan now that they've sold Boateng between the 2 clubs IMO.

I can see eriksen been a Tottenham player before transfer window closes as well. Probs happen straight after Bale goes to Madrid
Eriksen is a play spurs interested in especially after we missed out on Willian to Chelsea. Guess if we up our offer we should have good chance of him signing. lamela is about to sign too
I don't think he's coming to Spurs now, seems like they are trying to get Hulk. An outside chance he may be signed
