2.) Actually, the line is that welbeck is having a medical at london colney(arsenal)
It's where England are training. They have the facilities there to perform a medical but for which club? He is there on England duties :-)
Would make sense to perform a late medical there. He can stay with England, perform a medical and sign for a new club. Without leaving his location. Just a theory :--)
3.) England team are training at the Gooners. So might still happen.
