Hi Eds,

Any solid news on what players will be leaving us in the summer?

I have heard rumours that Lloris, Vertonghen and Soldado are going, and the first 2 have voiced their desire to leave anyway.

{Ed002's Note - Assou-Ekotto, Adebayor and Holtby will all move on I think. Napoli interest in Vertonghen will probably not be enough to hold of a move to Zenit. There will be a number of GKs moving this summer but right now I don't see Lloris moving - see how he gets on with the new manager. Soldado will stay another season in Spain unless an attractive offer is made to the club and player. It will depend on initial discussions with the new manager see Lamela stay at Spurs and see what happens or whether one of the Milan clubs can attract him back to Italy.}

I think Sherwood started the auction for Lloris yesterday by saying that it would ' take a bid of 100m to get him'. If he doesn't want to stay then let him go.

Hey ed I would add Naughton, Siggurdson, Rose and would keep Holtby.

It could be another summer of upheaval if we aren't careful . I can see another 7 new faces to replace those leaving either of their own desire or because they aren't good enough.

Lloris will stay, soldado will stay, jan will stay BUT it will depend upon who the new manager is!

Louis Van Gaal = Big Change. He is not one to tip toe around the ice.

He loves Stekelenburg and Vorm so don't be too sure Lloris, Friedel and Gomes don't all catch the same bus.

I agree with ED that Adebayor will also leave and I wouldn't be surprised to see Soldado follow if we can get £18-20 million back (big ask). Lukaku must be our focus if Baldini has an ounce of respect to recover, but Van Gaal will have his own Dutch contingency plans.

I cannot wait to see the party begin, we have needed this for decades.

For decades? We were 2 or 3 good players from the very top for the last couple of seasons, it didn't take a genius to see that. No major over haul was required.

Keep Modric, Bale and even VDV add Verts, LLoris, Eriksen, Sandro and 2 or 3 good players in the RIGHT positions and we could be singing happy songs right now.
