Bernard is only in London on his way back from the Ukraine. He will most likely sign with Donetsk after they lavished him upon his visit. His father and he had their hearts set on a move to Porto, but that move seemed to have been a non-starter. Spurs are interested no longer in the diminutive Brazilian.
Agreed a fee Ed's. ? This would be a class signing, if it happened. big if, (shouldn't say that though really as Levy & co have done great this window)

Judging by the fact that both hulk and Willian want out of clubs in the eastern block, I'm pretty sure London would be a more desirable destination. A cheeky bid could be on the cards.

Bernard doesn't want to go to Russia, expect him to join either Spurs, Arsenal or Chelsea. If he joins Spurs then Bale is definately sold in my opinion.

Forgive me for being a bit of a div! What position is this guy ed? {Ed001's Note - usually left wing, but apparently he can play right wing and central attacking mid too. Not seen him play either of those positions myself though.}
We have bid for Bernard about 6 weeks ago, read it was around €16m, it was rejected and we pulled out. We are the only English club to have bid. Hope we are back in for him though.
If he was passing through on his way back to brazil why was he staying at the park lane hotel? definitely on his way to a London club. Don't think it will be us gooners or chelski I recon.

I would think with everything going in Russia eto'o could be available? Out of contract at end of year, 32 years old, got to be worth a few mill bid!
