Hi eds, just regarding the centre back situation. I hear although reluctant, Dawson will go to hull. Has the lovren interest cooled due to their new manager? and if so was the john stones bid to try to snare our back up target?

So who are the other centre backs left from that post you made ed 002 that are possible? I assume caulker is off to QPR so that counts him out. Hector Moreno is injured.

Lovren would be superb but Liverpool look to be in pole position. Pochettino will try everything to get his man, but the Champions League draw maybe too much. Suarez to Barcelona will give us a chance, albeit small.
Savic swap for Chiriches is possible, but I would like to see Vlad given another season.
Dawson won't fit the mould of Pochettino and I expect he will be cashed.
Caulker resigning has been touted, and I expect he will move to a premiership side. The only concern is there is no noise from WHL in this respect. I believe he isn't even being considered.
Joel Veltman is possible but the discussions are embryonic.

Lovren has come out and said he wants to join Liverpool so you can cross him off your list! He wants to join a big team!
So that's Looserpool out of the running then .
Didn't take long did it, one good season and all of a sudden Liverpool are the worlds greatest team again!

Don't you just love it Davo, aren't we all lucky to play a team bigger than Real and Barca in the league every year. What a laugh, no mention of how well the Liverpool way and half their team did for England after all the clamour to play them all. We certainly defended like them.
Let's see how Rodgers gets on with some money to spend, oh I forgot, he/they've spent a bomb in the past few years already and again now yet there is a fantasy perspective that they've somehow spun gold from nothing.
Simmo, is it just me that thinks that Looserpool think that football in general owes them something and they are something special?
