As I stated in an earlier post, Damiao is coming to Tottenham. He wanted to come last summer but demands from Internacional stopped him from coming. This time all terms have now been agreed, and barring medical, yet to be done, he will be a Spurs player by the weekend. My source? My cousin is a youth player for Internacional. Felipe

The only hope I have on these damiao rumors are that, he's not getting in the brazil squad so he needs to move to a larger club to improve and prove himself at a higher level to get that international spot.

All I will say is I told you so, Damiao to be announced imminently. Isn't it amazing that every paper and every reader on here slagged me off and reported the deal was dead, yet here we are about to publish the news from HQ and all of a sudden everyone wants to jump on the band wagon.

No business will be done till the summer I repeat nothing till the summer........
bale will leave for 50 odd mill
and we will spend maybe 20 mil tops on a couple of players.........woop woop Danial style.....
we are not a top 4 team we are punching above our weight and have done for year......Apart from bale who will get in the so called top 4 starting 11...lets just face it all the rumour are to sell papers and tv are the biggest scams..... all this linking of players are for the betting sector....

Your opinion is wrong, as Damiao has already completed. The announcement is being held to the 11th hour, to allow others deals to be delivered.

We all get anxious at this time but don't attack the club I love. One thing I know for sure is when the dust settles and I wake up on Feb 1st I'll still be Spurs! I want to be in that number.........

siggs would be 3rd choice for his position so hardly going to get a look in, especially in his current form when he needs a run of games to build his confidence.

With our new links with Real Madrid and our supposedly better relationship, is Mr Levy working on a deal with them. Maybe a loan deal favour to the end of the season for one of their strikers.

I could say the same thing to you mate, I'm not the one pretending to be ITK out of some misguided sense of self-glorification.

If Muller signs and Siggs goes out on loan before the end of the transfer window I'll happily eat my own words, we both know that's not going to happen though don't we.

Ha ha what drivel, Muller unfortunately will not be allowed to leave bayern, have heard from a friend in Munich that the rumour they are hearing is that when bale leaves in the summer for real we have an agreement for robben!!! I would be ok with this plus bag loads in the bank to hopefully reinvest in the squad! Here's hoping we get the striker we desperately need but please no second rate maybes like Hooper we can't afford to hope they might succeed in the epl we need quality, ps oracle where's damiao ?

You might be right but the premier league is completely different to the Scottish premier, loads of average strikers do well up there and bomb when they come down, he would be better off staying put imo, spurs need a top quality striker to maintain our position in top 4, was just my opinion that to take a chance on Hooper at the price quoted is not what we need!!! I still think we need a winger, decent cover at the back and a striker!!!!

The SPL has given its fair share of crackers to the EPL in fairness. It's just evident you haven't watched Gary Hooper in the Champions League this season the way your talking about him. How much you've seen of Damiao I daren't ask, but obviously even though he's three times as much you don't see that as a risk either.

But we wouldn't want to loose bale.

according to the daily fail levy is preparing a money+hilarious gomes last minute bid for damiao. fee is supposedly around £15mil from what i've read. fingers crossed, eh guys!
