Just heard on sky that sevilla are having talks about dos santos but they won't pay the 7mil that we have asked for. Selling off our deadwood is a must so i hope levy does not faff about and be greedy. How much did dos santos cost us? Was about 4.5mil i think so his value has gone down if anything.
Although deoe was rubbish last season he is the only striker that i would keep but he wants to start matchs otherwise he will throws his toys out the pram and say how unhappy he is blah blah blah. If we get the ilk of striker we want and need defoe will never be 1st choice. Will he settle for that idont think so and if we play 451 with vdv then his chances will be even more limited. Any reasonable offer we get for any striker we get should be accepted.

Mauro Zarate?
I know i've said this about alot of players but this Argentine is genuinely pure quality.
Harry suggests we need 3 class signings to move us foward as a club. Well after some careful consideration of what type of players we need, i have finally found my 3 signings that would in my opinion improve us.

1) Mauro Zarate
2) Fernando Gago
3) Neven Subotic

{Ed008's Note - I'm going to make a point about Llorente i do like him as a player but i don't think he's the player we need. Bilbao want around 30-35 Million for him and he's not worth that price yet maybe after Euro 2012. What i meant by simply not good enough as the standards at Spurs and how he would fit in.

Weekends rumors / news:

Luka modric the main story, probably broke everyone's heart with his news, tho levy still keen to keep him as he is under contract.
I believe he will stay for 1 more year then we will release him for a good deal.

Rumors, Damiao to be signed in 1st July with shawcross following.
My old mans mate has told him that Levy is going to bring in 1 big shock signing and another decent signing. Now remember this last bit is a rumor. Could be true, could not? Who knows right now.

And finally, the subject of dany rose has come up, he will be given alot more 1st team action this year, and won't be loaned off to Nottingham and Leeds were another rumor I heard.
