Have heard that we have put an offer in for remy that includes pav, who they do not want, from what i have heard they would be willing to do a player + cash offer but only if we, a - reduce our value of pav and increase the cash side of the offer or, b - include bassong or kaboul in any offer. it is thought we can get him for about 20 -22 million. they would prefer as much cash as possible so they can take drogba back there

Remy is decent,ed you said parker was not a prem player in the summer! and look at him now! {Ed008's Note - You've just said it he's decent! We need a top 20+ goals a season striker and for Remy isn't that especially at £20M+. Parker proved me wrong and a lot of people i thought he just looked good in a poor West Ham team he for me is Indispensable to the team.
Remy I think is just spurs fans panicking wanting a new face any face ... 7 goals in 18 apps to me doesn't justify 22 m.. Then again I was on the same thought wave as the ed and thought Parker was just a ok player in a poor team

Not true, lsiten to words he actually used. Spurs have not declared an interst insiging him. Harry just said he likes him & rates him.

Stop arguing about who posted cahill is joining spurs, he isnt and im glad. he is overrated. to be fair to him he plays with championship defenders such as zat knight and paul robinson but many defensive errors are because of his error in judgement.
i like samba, id get him involved. hed not get in the team over kaboul and dawson but hes a good option to ledders and willy.
next season will see the decline of gallas even more and a january move abroad. hes been great for us but he will lack game time to be a success for his final playing years.
damaio, yes perhaps. we have first choice over him as we have a link with inter - this is should they decide to sell. he's a suarez type player but will need a good 6 months to adapt to the conditions as has david ruiz who is looking like a catch my fulham.
hulk, tevez, cavani... no no no. as much as id like either of them, our wage cap will holt any movements. expect adebayor to take a wage drop to stay past the summer and expect VDV to leave in the summer to either Malaga or Milan. This will allow Pav to leave and us to bring in another striker reverting more to a 442. Modric will not be leaving in the summer.
You'll probably find that Vdv would prefer a move to Germany to be with his wife more often (she is on the german tv all year every year), adebayor won't take a wage drop, he is performing now and will ant to go to one of the other big spending clubs with a big wage.

Yeah sorry - bryan ruiz not david luiz! i was reading a stupid rumour on luiz before i posted. classic.
there are two teams in germany in my opinion, bayern who VDV would not fit in to and Shalke who are ok but once they lose JKH will be very average. AC milan are a good shout, they are in need of somebody like rafa. he may love the club but as everyone knows spurs are adapting their systems to him. he lacks pace, fitness and defensive quality and as spurs grow and add more pace and attack to the team, VDV will be forced out, hence a move.
Samba yes I like him but who'd you leave out to play him? A fit Dawson matches Samba any day and throws his body on the line better than anyone on his day. on recent form Kaboul would make my starting 11 without question.
Recent rumours with Krul, Remy and Ba... id say Ba is darren bent with swagga and a brain. he has been pretty ledge so far but is not somebody to take tottenham to the next level. would like to see him do it against barca or real madrid. remy is a very good young player with pace and can play on the wing which would be a good idea as cover for lennon and/or bale.

ed - any interest in vertongehn from ajax? imo would be absolutely perfect, can play cb, lb and defensive mid, 3 places we are currently short of cover {Ed001's Note - I have not heard of any interest in him from Spurs this January. Does seem a better solution than Cahill to me though.}
