The people on here that think i'm a gooner are so wrong........ I want all the signings and trophies as much as the next yid.......... but sorry to sound negative i'm just fed up of all this transfer merry go round and get no one.........
chaps if you lot vote against ill stop posting no shin of my nose chaps........ I thought this was a place to air views....i have never come on a got you excited by pretending to know people and we are signing this one and that one...i come on here and and air my views when we do well or bad.....

Very negative mr g just as you don't like everyone saying we will sign this player or that player but at least these people are positive whereas you are not. you don't like them spouting on here as you say, well we don't like your spouting about all the negative things like you do. come on here for fun not because it is a fun site. But equally it is your choice to post what you want and to use this site as you want, just don't expect everyone to like it.

Does anyone else find this latest bit of transfer news about Damaio strangely familar! It reminds me of the moutinho bid on August deadline day

We haven't been linked with anyone of note and the fans are getting irritable, so that's just get some old news and get some stupid tabloid to put a spin on it and print it and try and fool us fans into believing that DL and Co are making REAL attempts to TRY and sign world class players. They did this moutinho last window, get all us hoping and dreaming, Then bang the window firmly shuts and all we hear is how close we were, what a load of B/S.

It seems the same again this window most of the window we have been linked with just about everybody but nothing concrete and now with a little over 48hrs left we are going to try and attempt a deal to sign Damaio, a deal that would take longer to sort out than 'John Terrys little black book', given the ownership issues. I just feel that this is all smoke and mirrors so that come friday morning, when either no one has signed or another Saha has, that DL and Co can say "ohhh we were so close to signing him but time just ran out"

If it is true and we are trying to broker something whether it be for him or someone else like Negrado or like, then why leave it til the last minute, yes he might save a few million quid, but does DL not realise that points dropped at QPR and the like during January could be the difference between CL and Europa again and the difference in money terms in these competitions is a lot more than a few million.

Just my opinion guys but I have a feeling we are going to be Levy'd again this window. God I hope I'm wrong.

I read a recent article about how levy studied the economics of Lyon, and how the striker is much overpriced than a goalkeeper, which is the case with us signing lloris and the continuing of not buying a world class striker. As levy think if he strengthens the whole team then the striker at the time will score goals, also certain nationalities are overpriced, which has been proven in the past that levy won't pay a lot for strikers. I personally don't believe Damiao will sign as levy is trying to run the same ship as Lyon did with there finances, selling players for higher fees than bought, but Lyon play in a mediocre league and this can be done ( shown by the success of Montpellier) but this feet cannot be done in the prem, what are your thoughts?

It seems stupid to me that we didn't snap up ba, reasonable transfer fee for a ready made premiership striker? As of Damiao I don't think this will happen, possibly callejon is what I've heard

The rabbit, oracle has gone quiet because he fears my knowledge.

He has given a two sided a4 page of lists and lists of names. I had to put him in his place about the Olympic stadium, moutinho, willian and the other ridiculous targets he jotted down.

The only one he may be credited for is the damaio deal which I haven't disagreed with him on. We all know it's an obvious possibility considering we've been following him since he was 20.

Where has the 25k we bid for Joao Mouthino in the summer transfer window gone? We are desperate for a top class striker! I would be happy if we signed Gary hooper for 8k
If we don't do some buiness we could end up 7th behind Everton and Liverpool and gift the arse the 4 th spot :(
