True, we would of got third if we had been able to get out of it!

Does anyone feel we don't really give youth a chance at this club? From midfield onwards I mean! Carrol could of played games instead of hudd or parker and coulthirst would have been a better option than dempsey when we never hadva striker. I feel we need more rotation when we are winning games easily and we can afford to play a ceballos, coulthirst or coulibaly.

Had a loan spell at Bolton a couple of seasons back, looked very average. I hope this is not true!

y area people raving about townsend. When he has played for us he looks poor. what 2 goals at opr and we want him back? he would not get in any top 4 squad and that is where we want to be so why in ours. I say cash in on him now. I dnt see him better then anyone in our squad. come on guys we want quality not quantity.

The boy needs to be given a chance before righting him off. Did well at qpr - player of the year (not bad for half a season). This is the year to find out if he is good enough. Bale couldn't get in our team once, same as modric. Time will tell. Not sure your logic mr g as in one of your posts you want us to sign sinclair and dyer who won't get in our team.
If sinclair was no good he wouldn't have been signed by man city. ok he was not given a chance but was a class act at swans. as for dyer if rate him better then townsend imo. they are both more established players

Townsend has massive potential it is plain to see he has:

-Control
-Good strength
-Great left foot
-Fantastic attitute
-Boyhood spurs fan
