My main gripe is why did Fazio start instead of Vertonghen, that was very stupid. Having said that Kaboul was worse today, again. Fazio is a bigger donkey than Dawson out of the box.

Another harsh red card against a 'big club' (rich club). Our defence just isn't good enough and making Kaboul captain was a big big mistake. We played well in spots and had Soldado scored his penalty who knows.

Not sure Verts looked 100% fit, was turned pretty easy by Aguero for the last goal.

Wouldn't play Kaboul at all!
One message to all our fans though, look what you get when you spend big money on a proper striker, so jealous!!!

We paid 26m for Saldado, isn't that proper money? The fact is even if we could spend more on a striker they wouldn't come!! Hence why blew our bale conkers on a load of over priced dross.

Saldado will not cut it in the prem end of!

30m for lamella, this transfer has to be investigated surely as I can't believe anyone would pay this kind of money for the lad without taking something personally from it.

Erickson is the only one to justify his fee and it won't be long before he is knocking the door to leave.

On another note WTF is Kaboul doing as captain? It's a joke, he definitely is not all there upstairs as his decision making at times just leaves me speechless! Aside from the pen, there were a number of occasions where his starting position just made no sense! He was last man against a world class forward who was hugging the half way line and he pushes 5 yards into citys half! We know what happened next and if it wasn't for our one world class player they would have scored, it happened all afternoon!

On the plus side we did create chances against a top side and if we had been more clinical we could have got a 4-4! Yes with our back 4 and how open we play we will need to score at least 4 to get something against the to sides, sad but true!

Lloris should of been made captain, Vertonghen would of been but we all know he has been throwing his toys out of his pram for a while.

I saw something that suggested Verts wasn't made a captain or vice captain because of player input. Which if true is a startling confirmation of what we perceive to be his attitude on the field.

26 million is proper money yep, but after paying that we didn't give him a chance or play to his strengths . All we have done is completely f**k his confidence. As For Ade what a waste of space . Yes he is chasing around and holding the ball well, but isn't he our supposed goal scorer!
