We seem to be getting linked with everybody at the moment. But unlike Harry who was quite open about who he liked and wanted AVB seems to be the sort who just gets on with it.

Between him and Baldini i'm sure they will have their targets and Levy being the shrewd business man he is will ensure no-one gets wind of them till the last minute that way eliminating a bidding war.

If and when we do sign a couple of players this summer i'd expect them to be done and dusted before the transfer window closes so they can get used to AVB style of play and tactics.

We will continue to get linked to everyone as the papers guess but i'm quietly confident we will sign a few good players to strengthen although doubt we will get the worldy we would all love. CF, Playmaker, LB all priorities for me. Not so much LB if Zeek Fryers shows signs of being the real deal.

Not sure that's how the business works, remember the club which holds the player would always be wishing for a bidding war. So when a top club makes a bid for their player they would definitely leak it to start a bidding war (especially south american clubs).
