Sell Bale for £40m plus Ozil and Coentrao, and we will have got two quality Madrid players plus Chiriches, Capoue, Paulinho, Chadli, Soldado and Lamela for a total summer spend of around £20-25m.
Looks like a ridiculously strong first team (a lot of pace, quality and physical strength) and very decent squad and reserve side too.

ins: halilovic, coentrao (rose can't pass a ball), eriksen, alderwiereld (spelling), quality striker, another strikercapoue
and sandro/kaboul are like new signings for us
outs:parker, livermore, thudd, adebayor, defoe

I am a Liverpool fan, but if I were you then i'd be very very happy with 60 million + Coentrao and Morata, I think that would be enough for the title if you used the money wisely.
