We are in talks with Crystal Palace for Reise Allassani.

Believable9 Unbelievable5

Nice 17 year old prospect, with the ability to play LM as well as striker. Worth a little punt for hte future for a player that is as skilled with both feet.

Not sure we need another striker though, so if this rumour is correct, he must be a little special. Remeber we already have Shaquille Coulthirst, Alex Pritchard, Souleymane Coulibaly, Harry Kane, Daniel Akindayini, Willian Miller, Emanuel Sonupe, Grant Hall, Cameron Lancaster, Jonathon Obika & Simon Dawkins.

What is very hard to understand is how all those strikers have failed to get a chance when Adebayor has been so shocking all season. Coulthirst and Coulibaly look really nice players to me, love to see them get a chance along with Townsend, Falque and Ceballos in midfield and Caulker, Fryers, Naughton and Rose in Defence.

Next season let's hope AVB give the kids a chance to play the Football League Cup or FA Cup. Here is my kids team for next season.

GK - Jordan Archer
LB - Danny Rose or Ezekiel Fryers
CB - Stephen Caulker
CB - Bongani Khumalo
RB - Kyle Naughton
LM - Andros Townsend
CM - Tom Carroll
CM - Jake Livermore
RM - Ryan Fredericks
CF - Souleymane Coulibaly
CF - Shaquille Coulthirst

That side has so many bright prospects and we have so many more like Ceballos, Falque, Obkia, Kane, Bostock, Lancaster, Nicholson, Hall, Munns, Barthram, Byrne, Smith, Stewart, Mason, Luongo, Pritchard and Dawkins.

Surely a few will come to the boil and pay dividends. We keep seeing players go on loan and shine like Walker did and Townsend this season. I am sure that with a little more exposure we could enhance the squad with some real talent.

Agree23 Disagree12

Pretty sure Hall is a centre back. oh oracle you are a plum

Agree16 Disagree3

Khumalo is about 26

We also have better younger keepers than archer!

Who are these goalkeepers then? Archer is outstanding.

Agree16 Disagree0

Danny rose isn't a kid ORACLE, he's good enough to play in spurs 1st team and play a major part

Agree10 Disagree5

Alex pritchard is a name to look out for.

Agree13 Disagree1

Glad most agree, the better term would have been reserve squad players with real potential.

These players have played in the reserves, and I agree with most posts.

Pritchard and Coulthirst look special as does Townsend. Rose for me was flattered in a very poor Sunderland side, I fear he is not the hype he has been drummed up to be. The player I really like is Ezekiel Fryers at LB. he looks like he could be ready right now. I like his strength and skill, and for such a young player has the maturity to step up and challenge for a first XI plae.

A question for ED and the rest, did AVB block the youth too much when Abebayor and Defoe failed to deliver. I recal having even Dempsey as a loan striker on at least two occasions, and surely Coulthirst would have been a better option for a full 90 minute opportunity. We lost or drew many games that we dominated, and at least the youth would have run theirs heart out for 90 minutes.

Agree16 Disagree6

Most agree Thrush? Not from what I can see. The only person pushing the agree button is you, that I am sure off!

Agree4 Disagree12

Avb knows what he's doing despite injuries we had. Dempsey has delivered last few games and even Adebayor has been playing really well taking the pressure off Bale

Agree0 Disagree10

I live down the road from Selhurst Park and I have seen Allasani a few times in the under 17's. He is a good player with great technical ability and is already one of the highest paid reserve players, at Palace.

BUT I don't think he will be top 4 quality. I could be wrong but I just feel we have young ones at our team who are just as good.

He is held in very high regard by the staff at Palace and they will probably use Bostock as an example of what happens if you move to a big team too early.

Question for ed, is there any truth in the rumour linking us with the Barcelona youngster Sergio Roberto, apparently AVB has gone to watch him a couple of times {Ed002's Note - Barcelona need to raise some funds through sales as they are looking to strengthen in several areas and will also be bringing players through (like Tello) that have been getting experience in the B team. They do accept some of the B side (e.g. Deulofeu and Roberto) have attracted interest from elsewhere and could be let go but many would be reluctant to move on without an assurance of first team football. Roberto has been of interest to a couple of English sides incl;uding Spurs.}

Question for the eds,
How likely are the signings off baines, bony, manduzic, mangala, higuain and victor moses?
Jay-B-13 {Ed002's Note - Don't hold your breath.}

Believable2 Unbelievable7

Are they all unlikely ed? I think we could get moses? Mangela would be a realistic target to?

Jay-B-13 {Ed002's Note - But Spurs has shown no interest in Moses. Mangala has been watched by Manchester United, Spurs, Milan and PSG but an unreasonable €50M termination clause will put off any transfer for a while.}

Thanks for the insight ed! Very informative. Keep up the good work!

Any insight into realistic targets ed?

Jay-B-13 {Ed002's Note - There has been interest shown in players like Damiao, Benteke, Icardi etc. but I am not aware that there is anything on course to happen. Higuain will likely be part of an offer for Bale. Soldado, Lopez and Remy might be forward options and Gomez is looking to England and might be an option. Roberto, Mertens and Salah have been looked at for midfield. I understand that Spurs are considering if Douglas, Indi or Benatia would be suitable as a replacement for Gallas as an alternative to Alderweireld in defence.}

Agree8 Disagree1

ED002 hasn't Alderweireld gone to Roma?

Douglas is not being scouted by Spurs, I think you got confused with Arsenal Interest. Benatia could be a possible, but not for Gallas, more likely Dawson who there are still doubts about regarding pace in a high line 4-2-3-1. Yes I am aware he has been awesome, but his pace is a concern, and I think we all pick Vertonghen & Kaboul if fully fit.

Higuain & Coentrao for Bale was my post many months ago and you laughed if I recal rightly. let's just hope Bake stays as he is amazing.

Benteke and Remy are not serious targets, and the reports from scouting were not complementary. I gave a comprehensive post on Benteke"s hype, happy to demonstrate how average Remy is if you want it.

I think we all know that the club has two transfer plans. One for the Champions league, and one for Europe League football. So all get behind Spurs today at Stoke, I am injured and will join the Cornwall supporter from my armchair. Win today and you better hope Arsenal drop points to Wigan off the back of their FA Cup adrenaline rush.

If we hit top 4 we can expect the investment and resources to challenge, but fail and next year could be tricky without Bale. {Ed002's Note - Roma are trying to complete a deal.}

Agree13 Disagree4

Oracle I didn't respobd to your message the other day because it really wasn't worth it as there was so much wrong with it I didn't know where to start (as usual) but seeing you wanna keep this going let me pipe up again. No I'm not living in lands end I live in Redruth. Do you honestly believe it's impossible that Spurs have fans living in Cornwall? I've met a few down here so I can assure you your wrong (as usual).

As for me living in Cornwall is "convienient" I really don't understand how that makes sense because I find it really inconvenient to see my side, please explain?

Also now your injured and cannot go to the game? Funny that as a few months ago you claimed you where a business man of some type then you claimed you hired 400+ people in your job now your injured and can't attend. I smell nothing more than bs (as usual).

I have been to away games like Leicester and Southampton, also many European nights but I really doubt you've been to the lane even once. But you claim you've been to pretty much all so please show some proof, answer this question then, what was the spurs fans singing at half time during the Europa league game against Seville a few years back? Also what did we passionately sing all the way through the second half? Any Spurs fan who was at this game will know the answer for sure, I'm betting you don't and convieniently you'll claim you were on a business trip to Thailand or some other bs.

Also how's the Olympic stadium bid coming along? I do believe you'll enjoy watching the spammers over the next few years.

Many thanks

Agree2 Disagree11

You are not a Spurs fan, just a wanabe Spurs fan.

You make assumptions and talk utter garbage. I am a business man and I have injured my ankle messing around with my kids in the park if you really need to know. It is my right foot and I cannot stand on it at the moment. Lateral malleolus fracture to be precise and bloody sore to say the least.

I have been to more Spurs games in the last 20 years than you have written nonsence from your armchair, and that is a hell of a lot.

You have looked up Redruth on Google maps, when we all know you live in North London. The point is you conveniently mentioned Cornwall to get sympathy, so people would see it was hard to visit games. You wear last seasons kits by bying them in the sale for £8, you rarely go to the ground as confirmed by yourself, and I think you meant to say thank you Mr Orcale for helping the team win games this season when you were at home playing with yourself.

The Olympic stadium is actually built and supposidly going to West Ham, which is more than I can say for the new stadium at WHL. People keep telling me that the ground has been started and some like you wouldhave the fansbelieve half the new stand has been erected. In reality WHL remains as big a pipe dream and the Olympic stadium, so let's forget about that one until it is clearer who is right.

Anyway on a positive, well done Spurs today, what a massive result against a tricky side. Wigan now have to win the game at Arsenal to survive the drop, and I the pressure is back on the gooners.

Spurs will crush Sunderland at WHL, so come on Martinez, rally your team with your new FA Cup trophy, and get a win at the Emirates. Surely Wigan or Newcastle can get a win or a draw, even a draw from either will be enough if we beat Sunderland.

The pressure is on Wenger, let's hope the Latics or Magpires can steal two or three points.

Agree12 Disagree6

This probably won't make it through the sensors but I'll give it a go.

Dear Oracle

You are an ignorant, arrogant, self appreciating want to be know it all who has an opinion. The difference is, and this is what makes everyone else on this site think you are a snivelling piece of turd is that you truly believe that your opinion is true and the only one that counts.

You have a success rate of about 10%, and even dismiss information put forward by the Eds (who do a fine job may I add) who clearly have far more knowledge about our beloved club than you do.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and no-ones opinion is any more bs than your's.

Oh, and my heart bleeds for your poorly foot, I am sure that makes you much more of a super fan than anyone else!

Agree5 Disagree9

Grovel grovel grovel, and nothing but insults from your armchair in Hackney. Stop trying to pretend you are something other than a wannabe fan with school boy intellect and knowledge.

When Damiao signs soon and The Omlypic stadium follows in the future, you will look back and reflect upon your bullying behaviour.

So stop playing the victim when you abuse every post I have put up. I ignored you bullies for a while, but decided to bloody some of your noses to keep you in check.

I have a few old shirts from last season if you send me your address. At least you can convince your mate that you are a dedicated Spurs fan. We on the other hand know who you are and what your about.

Naysaying, moaning, complaining and attempting to abuse true Spurs fans. Deep down I know you want to be me, but I fear you haven't even got the genetics for the job.

Kindest and warmest wishes
Your Master

Agree11 Disagree3

A wise man quoted 'don't argue with fools, as from a distance people can't tell who is who", so I'm not going to argue with the king of fools.

What I will state is that I am not the poster from Cornwall (who is just as respected a fan as any other) and I'm sure the Ed's can verify we are not the same person.

What I will say is I am just one of several hundred people who are sick and tired of your condescending garbage that continually spews from your mouth and just wish you could stop.

PS, send your used shirts to a charity or maybe even an auction. i'm sure someone will pay good money for garments touched by the self proclaimed Oracle (Oh, and that was sarcasm by the way!)

Agree3 Disagree9

Anyone else notice that by spouting off his usual i'm a victim bs routine he has as always failed to answer the questions asked -

what was being sung wasn't it?

while i'm at it, i have asked you more times than i can count why it is you are so adamant that we are going to stratford when we didn't even bid for it. still waiting for an answer that isn't "boo who stop bullying me".

asking for clarification isn't bullying. belittling people by offering last seasons shirt and taking the piss about where they live is. take a long hard look in the mirror and ask who you see to change his ways before throwing stones. while your at it, ask him for the answers you have clearly failed to give despite numerous askings by many.

answer the questions or just shut the **** up as we ain't interested in your s****, we've heared it to many times before (ask your mommy to read you the story of the boy who cried wolf)

flippit

Agree4 Disagree9

Well said flippit, couldn't have said it better myself. I did respond to his message but it didn't pass the screening of which I suppose I'm not surprised.
Glad the real fans on here understand real life, not just dillusional like 1.
I'm also not surprised he didn't answer my question as I honestly believe he's never attended a game and the things he writes are reflections of himself.

Many thanks, The one from Cornwall, or is it Hackney? I'm to stupid to know where I live obviously.
