Hello a Blackburn fan here, jut wanting to know if you have heard any rumours about a deal being doen between our clubs with regards to samba? from what i have heard up here is that we want about 12 million, but you lot will only go up to about 7 or 8, but you are willing to include players in the deal. the names that have been mentioned are pinnar, pav and bassong

Don't shoot the messenger, i just heard from someone close to Harry Redknapp that we are going to sign Kaka on loan. The source tells me that a medical has been booked for this friday. In defence, Harry is seriosly looking at Alex of Chelsea but they may not sell to us because we refused to sell Modric and the fact that we are above them.

Believable12 Unbelievable7

I love the wishful thinking but the fact is we couldn't afford his wages the same as Adebayors. Unless we have won the Daniel Levy lottery. I also think that we would be better suited to trying for a player (if it is on loan) that we could actually afford to buy afterwards. A player like Reyes. Or that Swiss wonderkid who's name eludes me.
The only player I think we will sign atm is Samba as we have cover all over the pitch.

We could use Kyle Walker to cover in Lennons position and brink back Caulker who has been outstanding for the Swans.

Players to go for sure must be Niko Kranjcar and GDS who for some reason never gets a game. While were on that note why is Falque here?

The tooth Fairy

Agree2 Disagree4

I reckon falque is actually amazing, but we're not playing him so that juve won't realise and will let us buy him at the end of the year. Lol we can hope anyway

What is it with a lot of people thinking Chelsea are scuppering the Cahill deal as they has some nod nod wink wink crap going on with Coyle to push prices up etc?? It's a plain and simple case of Bolton holding off for the best deal to which they are entitled to do!!

As for signing a CB i think this will only happen if Bassong seals or about to seal his switch to QPR. Will we get a Striker? who knows and there are so many names floating around that i'll just wait till it happens rather than listening to people around me again and speculating who will come in.

I do hope Pav and Pienaar go this window which is looking positive so far!!!

Deano (Spurs 4 life) {Ed002's Note - It is nothing to do with Bolton, it is the player's personal terms which is the cauise of the delay.}

The current position regarding transfers is as follows:

1. Cahill - Chelsea what have you done ? Tried to force him upon Spurs for a massive fee and wage and Harry has left you with a right mess. No intention of signing the player and now playing the old personal terms card. I have to laugh but when you have finished your little game, expect Spurs to clear up your mess and sign him.

2. Leandro Damiao - The Special Player that we will sign in January.

3. Tevez - Not happening as he will join AC Milan in January.

4. Pienaar - Will be joining Everton shortly after the two clubs agreed a deal.

5. Pavlyuchenko - Will join Anzhi Makhachkala in January.

6. Samba - Being lined up as a safety net for the Cahill deal as Chelsea try to wriggle out of their offer they never wanted to make in the first place.

7. Krancjar - Most might want him to be sold but he is staying

8. Bassong - Two offers which are both a little below Spurs valuations. Expect a move in January with QPR currently favourites.

9. Kaka - A real live chance we could sign this world class superstar, but it would need to fall perfectly for us. Spurs will not break the bank and therefore a potential loan share agreement or a VDV type smash and grab last minute raid.

There are 7 other players who are likely targets and they include Rasmus Elm, Junior Hoilett amongst others. The current position is positive on 3 targets but nothing certain for January.

The Oracle

Believable9 Unbelievable8

Not to be nasty or disrespectful but it seems to me that you are just sharing your thoughts with the rest of us, your not telling us anything we dont already know. yes pienaar looks like he's off, bassong almost went in the summer so he's likely to leave and pav......even harry is running out of encouraging things to say about him. as for players coming in, i dont think leandro or samba are good enough and kaka is on 200k a week so that wont happen. tevez on the other hand is top drawer and proven in the prem which is exactly what we need.

I do not know much about Dimiao, and although he is not proven in a top league, he does look good, but Samba is immense! He's a beast and I think with Kaboul's speed, they would pair up nicely. (plus chip in with a few goals on corners which we need help on with the amount of corners we got last night and hardly any falling to a spurs head.

I'm glad Kranjcar is staying but he looked well out of shape last night.

sell Bassong, he had a good first season but been poor after that.
