the vast majority were against selling him to chelsea a month ago,rightly reasoning that we shouldnt strenghten our rivals.
seems most have back tracked and are now slagging levy off for not selling him to chelsea!
cheer up lads,its not all doom n gloom.the result at man u wasnt a shock was it?and we matched them for an hour,just didnt score.
against man city we were overrun in midfield,but this will happen against strong sides when kranjcar plays c/m,hes too flakey in my opinion,and have said so b4.sandro/ parker will change that.
now we just need to teach kaboul to concentrate,which is something he seems to find hard for 90mins,so he doesnt loose the player hes marking.while we're at it ,teach him to pass,hes worse than palacios in that department.
daws needs a strong footballing partner next to him.charlie would be perfect but hes too slow,hudd can play there,but would be a loss to the midfield with his passing.cahill wasnt the answer in my opinion,and was vastly overpriced.
i still feel we will have a good season,but need to start the winning mentality soon.
i also feel that leandro will be with us in january.for now either harry kane or sully will be used as 4th striker.a chance to be grabbed with both hands for whoever is selected

Looks as if modric is staying, fair play to levy for standing firm and not allowing chelsea to bully us. whatever anyone says about whether his head is right or about his loyalty, he is undoubtedly our best and most influential player, and in my opinion the best CM in the premiership bar none

Look if 'Arry is willing to let Ruiz slip through then its more than likely he has someone else in mind that will go through late as usual....maybe Ed will agree with this being in the know?! I think and heard the Cahill deal will go through but late again as matching boltons asking price is the stumbling block and poss 2 more players coming with 1 of them being a loan deal. 'Arry knows he has to get players this window to try and compete for that top 4. {Ed008's Note - I would agree with you but it's becoming difficult finding info about any deals taking place. We might do a VDV like last season we might not.

Ed...trust me alot is going on, it's just not getting leaked to much yet. {Ed008's Note - I hope so i'm always trying to find more info on potential deals.

Talksport/your fav ed 008 says spurs are trying use either bentley/kane in a deal to entice parker they are not sure if deal/loan what do you make of that ed {Ed008's Note - You spelt Talksport wrong and unlikely Bentley would go there cos of his high wages unless we pay like half of it.

Ed 008 how much do think bentley is on parker wages were 70k a wk and whu were happy for him to stay nolan rumoured to be on 60k {Ed008's Note - Bentley is on 50-60k a week West Ham are in the championship and paying out Premiership wages plus couldn't see Bentley going down a division. Parker deal is wrapped up but it's just cash. Parker was on 60k a week and Nolan is on 40-50k.

{Ed008's Note - This confuses me Bentley is in talks with West Ham but it's separate from the Parker deal would have been much easier if it was done in 1 deal even though it's a loan.

Have heard a rumour floating around that the parker deal has hit a snag, (I hope this is true). Ruiz to fulham? we have major problems at the lane if fulham are outsigning us in the market. Cant help but think this is going to be a tough season for us HR and DL 11pm tonight!! get working we missed out on another striker. Not sure who is out there now. but unless they have another VDV deal in the coat pocket, can see a massive fan revolt and rightly so. Wilson to stay, Don't need parker. Cahill is a must and a striker, only realistic target now is damiao but knowing HR/DL they wont meet the asking price.
