Just read some quotes from aubameyang talking up Newcastle. If they interest him surely we could turn his head
He/his father said he would never join us as we showed a bad attitude in trying to talk to him about a transfer when he was still under contract. Not sure when it happened but he said we was unprofessional.

in todays paper it says bale to madrid for 20million plus di maria and coentrao would anybody else take this and use the 20million on benteke thus meaning we basically lose bale but get 3 good signings for the same price (except wages)
sell adebayor defoe parker siggurdson for 25million and buy paulinho (15m) damiao (10m) villa (15) and we would be a major force. maybe even go for micah richards since gallas and khumao won't be there

If we sell Bale, there will be uproar. After everything AVB has done to come out and say Bale isn't for sale and Levy stating we are not a selling club.

20 mill for bale and swap for di maria and coentrao is the worst deal I have heard yet. Even if this was on the cards we would need anoher quality player from Madrid as well, like Benzema to make it worth while
AVB's been told to say that. Remember at the PFA awards he said if Tottenham got into the CL then he would stay. 1 day later he said he made a mistake and that Bale wouldn't be leaving (probably after Levy gave him a smacking).
Don't believe the papers. Not worth it.

If we could get Damiao for 10m i'm pretty sure he would have been a Spurs player since January
I know the thought of Coentrao and Di Maria sounds appealing but I really can't see them settling at Spurs. I feel they'd come and play for us, pick up their money and not really care about the club. I'd prefer players who play for the badge of a club they wanted to join not players who were make weight in a deal.

Dont know what happened to my post last night but we are in talks for 2 Croatian lads, Tin Vedraj who is a cb and an Am whose name i'm probably going to spell wrong but think its Allen Hailovic.
Its going to take quite a bid for Zagreb's youth coach to let his 17yo son move to england, especially when he's already a croat international.
I think MKovacevic is the most recent prodigy sale by Zagreb so a bid of 13-15m is in the (low end)range they might be looking for
