Ok. People won't like this but I've just had a call saying we are in for Bendtner.
Hear me out before you diss me.
Despite playing for the Ar*e he's actually not a bad player.
If used properly I reckon he'd get the goals.
Could finally be payback for them robbing Sol?
How good would it be to have him as premiership top scorer?
ITK son!

Wtf in 149 league appearances he's scored like 41 goals. Didn't exactly do so well in his loan at Sunderland (except making people laugh with his mask)
Why the hell would we want a second rate striker. We need someone who scores more goals. I know defenders that could near his goal scoring record in the EPL.

Thats nearly as funny as pardew to spurs, chelsea thinking that they are genuinely the greatest side in europe and the curly tops thinking theyre still a big club

I thought Harry had left ?

Would have been better off keeping Saha if that was true.

Odds have been shorting tonite on moyes to be spurs gaffa? Anyone know anything or heard any news? AVB or Moyes?

BBC sports journo posted on twitter that moyes had resigned, but has since retracted that statement saying he may be wrong

I really hope not. I'd prefer a bigger name to attract better players

As a Spurs fan, I feel Bale is over-rated, a few good performances in Europe last year, this year, f*** all.

Obvious a jealous gooner above. He didn't play in europe last year. Fool. Just because they have meat head Gervinho

Bale made 3 CL apperances in the year 2012 . Two of these were against Real Madrid and I think one against AC Milan.
Granted they werent in season 2011/2012 but none the less they were last year

Baring Harry's loss of focus after January, it's fair to say most of the team didn't do much during that same period not just Bale.

Rather Bale went for £35 million than Modric as Bale one day could and that's could become world class but that's not guaranteed while Modric is world class already

Can you please stop saying modric is world class. Yes he's good in the position he plays but world class he ain't. Look at his stats year in year out 3 goals and 4 assists this season come on? Kyle walker scored and assisted in terms of stats. And on a personal note I can't bear to see that grumpy little rat face week in week out if he don't want to play for us. Come on you spurs
Agree7
Disagree5
Can you please stop judging modric on goal and assist figures, as it has been well known for a long time now that those are not relevant stats to how he plays.
Agree5

Sell him. He's overrated. A couple of good games and he's 'world class'. Please!
Sell, invest.

And that is exactly the reason Modric should leave cos although top teams in both Spain and England are after him and he'd walk into most teams on the planet and the fact that he's been by far the most creative midfielder at the Euro's, even Huddlestone has said how WORLD CLASS he is and he must stay at Spurs there all wrong and in fact he's a grumpy little rat face, and we wonder why top players don't wanna come to us
ou812
Agree2

Personally i think stats don't mean a thing but if they did Modric came 3rd including 4 MOM awards in the PL while Walker came 49th and had 1 MOM award and Koscielny came 39th and had 2 MOM awards so that garbage gooner is better than Walker.... AS IF

Wow some people on here really miss te point. In simple terms in any walk of life you are Judged on results and performance. Car sales man - how many cars you sell, estate agent - how many homes have you sold. Football striker - how many goals have you scored. GREATIVE midfielder Mr Modric how many goals and assist. Because he plays for us does he the same rules not apply to him? Like i said he is a good player but not world class. Also as much as we argue on here we all no he's leaving anyway.
Agree2
Disagree1
I am not sure what some of the readers have been watching, but surely they need specsavers if they can't see Bale and Modric are world class. Only a football ignoramus would doubt their pedigree, and for £30m we would be crazy to lose either. The only way we should allow these young superstars to leave is for crazy £50m + offers.
Please stop posting drivel about them or VDV for that matter. All three are superb players and if we want to be a real top 3 team, then we need them and a few more like them.

Friedel
Kaboul Gallas Dawson Assou-Ekotto
Lennon Sandro Parker Huddlestone
Defoe Dos Santos

If Bale & Modric are world class...!
What are Ronaldo, Messi, Xavi,Iniesta,
keep Bale for another season..! Let Rat Face go to Spain....In exchange for 1 player & £30m (Benzema i'd take)

Ed I saw this rumour about blanc before, can you confirm? Apparently in his contract it says it will be extended to 2014 if France get to the euros, but when the time actually came the head of the French fa said they would wait till after the euros to decide whether to extend it, thereby breaking his contract and leaving him a free agent {Ed001's Note - his agent has certainly been putting him forward to Spurs, not sure if they are interested. I know AVB was initially the first choice, but I doubt Blanc had even been considered at that point. So this has muddied the waters somewhat. I am trying to find out more.}
Believable1

Blanc and the head of the French FA do not like each other one little bit. The men in suits declared months ago that there would be a parting of the ways after the Euros and Blancs agent even did an interview on H&J talksport stating as much.
Now I know that what agents say and what often happens are two very different things but when someone as reliable as Guillem Balague reports this, thats when i sit up and listen as hes right far more than he is wrong.

AVB is simply not old or wise enough yet to manage top tier EPL side. Porto, yes. Spurs, Chelsea, no. You need the players to have faith in you, and that's already gone in the EPL after his Chelsea debacle.
Blanc? Possibly - how is his English?
Me? I'd smash it......

Is Blanc, Redknapp in disguise? Redknapp when talk starts starts to lose, and now Blanc has lost tonight. Probably coincidence but if I was a betting man, then Blanc will surely be the nw Spurs manager.
