Suggest Modric be dropped for the QPR game and Parker and Livermore be given the central midfield role. Modders has not had a decent game in a long time. I feel his mind is on a move and he is not good for the team.

The Don

Oracle - the only possible/realistic transfers (from your outstanding recommendations) in would be Vorm & Damiao.

Tevez is on 240k a week mate.

Hazard will have teams like Barca, Real, Milan, Man U plus many more after him

Robben? - Just no.

Two centre backs will have better and more lucrative offers I'm afraid.

Jermain, aren't you the same guy who mentioned Cavani and Spurs in the same sentence? You do realise that Modric if off soon, possibly Bale too.. Where's the 'pull', 'attraction' possible players like Dembele, Dempsey, Jarvis etc?

To say Reina us like Gomes is ludicrous!

Although Jermain, you are not as wacky as that Oracle fella. He needs locking up, unless he's a stand up comic of course. That possible 'ins' is comic genius..

Reina? whos made more mistakes then gomes.

Harry Redknapp firstly has to go. We need to bring in a manager who knows how to change a game with his tactics, doesnt take too long to make subs when we can all see something needs to happen and looks at long term plans instead of short term 'fixs' in the transfer market!

players i'll bring in-

Reina
Maynor Figueroa
Jan Vertonghen
Junior Hoilett
Moussa Dembélé
Adam Johnson
Demba Ba
Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (break the bank for him)

With players like Chaulker, Naughton, Dawson, Huds to come back.

Players to leave-

gomes, corluka, gallas, bassong, khumalo, nelson, king, jenas, bentley, modric (overated), lennon (no brains) vdv(too much of a luxury player) pienaar, saha, adebayor,

JERMAIN I am amazed that you included Naughton and Livermore in your selling list. In addition has Giovani Dos Santos really been given a far chance with a run of appearances. Lastly you inclusion of Freidel is outrageous as whoever the future is in goal his presence to help shape them will be so important.

I agree Gomes, Pienaar, Saha, Nelson, Gallas, Button & Jenas all need to go, but feel we need to also add Bassong, Corluka, Krancjar, King to that list and Adebayor. Both are on huge wages, King should retire before he is wheelchair bound, and Adebayor is a mercenary who once signed will become a liability like he has throughout his career.

On the Modric issue it is evident he has lost his way a little but a straight swap for Tevez + £30m would be fine. We still have Huddlestone & Van Der Vaart who can create from midfield, and perhaps Hazard would thrive in that position. The simple truth is Modric is very good but we are talking about David Silva, Juan Mata & even Cristiano Ronaldo type money and I think we know he is not in that league.

We need to strip out the old guard and bring in the new. Here are the positions and targets I would recommend.

GK - Friedel & Vorm (Allow blend like Joe Hart was provided under Shay Given)
LB - Taiwo & Assou Ekotto (Why we didn't sign this proven superstar is a mystery to me. Get him before his price goes up any further)
CB - Vertonghen & Subotic (Selling Nelson, Bassong, King, Gallas & Corluka will cover the costs and keep Kaboul and Dawson and let those 4 fight for the positions.
RB - Walker & Naughton (Walker has been amazing but Naughton was ahead of him before Walker took his chances at Villa. Give Naughton his chance as an understudy for Walker and he will deliver I am sure)
LM - Bale & Robben (Bale is amazing but with Robben sharing the role you would have fire all season)
CM - Parker or Sandro & Hazard or Huddlestone (Two world class holding midfielders and Hazard should be our primary acquisition as he looks to be amazing)
CF - Tevez & Damiao & Defoe * Coulibally (Give Man City their man in Modric and a way our for the brilliant Tevez. Sign Damiao and stop messing around and allow the mercurial youngster Coulibally to come through)

The Oracle

I agree with Jermain all this we should sell modric stuff is an overreaction to our poor form; the fans are looking for a scapegoat, so they choose the player who we know hardly ever gets goals or assists, but we also know that those are the wrong stats to look at with modric. Agreed he hasn't been best recently, but no player can be world class every game week in week out. Interesting stat about livermore I saw though; apparently he has a 90.2% pass completion rate!

Naughton has done well this season on loan at norwich i would bring him back to compete with walker caulker back from swansea should see him given a chance. We need 2 more good cb's with nelsen gallas and king going (king as player/coach maybe). Deffo need 3 new strikers let ade and saha go keep defoe. can only let modric go if we can get Hazard in or someone of that quality. Marin to compete with lennon would be good buisness too. Stikers we would get are Ba Damaio and rossi maybe even berbatov back..gomes bentley jenas dos santos krancjar to go. al habsi the wigan keeper or vorm could be good signing too. Finally Baines to compete with bae at lb. Thats the wish list but would require a lot of investment.

The team that lined up on Sunday is our best, bit worrying on the bare-face of the result but the 2nd 'goal' swung the game completely. We are in relegation form, we were nackered against Norwich and then nackered after charging around to get back in the game at 2-1 on Sunday. Squad isn't big/good enough, we have no good or creative cover in midfield, no cover at all at full-back, 5 centre-backs of which 4 are injured or shattered and close to retirement (Ledley was brilliant until New Year, it's caught up with him now, zero fitness as he can't train). All the stum players have come back from injury and are fresh at the back for them and they've nicked results, Chelsea have a big squad and have spent all season not knowing who and how to rotate it and stumbled upon things that work lately.
Finish 5th or 6th, manager leaves, need new centre-backs as will only really have Dawson (who has hardly played for 1-2yrs) and Kaboul, Ade goes and Saha only a stop-gap so need 2 new strikers, Modric and Bale will be subject to speculation and/or bids all summer....looking great for 2012/13 hey. Some drop from a toe-poke in the 90th minute away from beating Man City in January and closing the gap at the top!

I don't blame him. He doesnt know who hes playing for next season. We must keep modric at all cost as selling our big players would slow down our progression as a club....you guys do realise that!
Have Arsenal been able to replace Fab? Utd scholes?.....i don't think so! Modric must remain in a spurs shirt.
The only player i'd rest Modric for is VDV or Krancjar. Livermore is All over the place when hes played in an open 4-4-2 formation.

Get modric off your lips, theres a handful of other players you should be talking about leaving white hart lane. These players are not in our plans unlike modric.

Gomes, Naughton, Bentley, Friedel, Pienaar, Saha, Nelson(ret), Gallas(ret), Khumalo, Gio(unfortunately), Livermore, Button.....and possibly Jenas.
We should be looking to replace these players with 3 or 4 quality individuals who are capable or taking us to the next level.

Vorm?, Veronghen/Hummels?, Dembele?, Cavani?

Jermain

Totally agreed
I'd say sell him for a bomb in the summer
And get some quality with the money
