Just thinking.
If vdv must play in the hole and he links up well with ade.Should defoe play on the riht.
claerly after seeing the game against shamrock one can conclude that defoe can defend.
defoe also has pace and can put the ball in the box. he isfast and will shoot often. also having an exta striker should get more goals we could also try gio niko azza pinair.
defoe would be my choice for thetoon game

what do you think ed {Ed001's Note - it's a tough one, certainly VDV needs to be central to get the best from him, with Parker in central midfield to provide defensive cover, Modric and him should have plenty of freedom. Personally I am not a big fan of Defoe to be honest, I think if it was me I would play Lennon and Bale either side of Adebayor, but not in midfield, as attackers with freedom. Dos Santos and Defoe could be easily used as cover across the front 3.}
