Well its 22.25 and as of yet no word of Damiao signing for us(more to the pity as would be good for us).

I am intrigued by Joe's comment from earlier that we will still be able to do business even though we have a match.....

Feel we need to make one quality signing as we don't want to ru out of gas like last season. COYS

Yep; agree a new player would help keep energy hi..
#My bet is on the donkey (Corluka) to WB on loan, tied to a deal for Marin..

Also; you will not be the only fan clock watching and web crawling to the end.. DAMN TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY!!

Hi ya im a wednesday fan, anyone tell me about bostock, ive just heard weve got him on loan.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Loads of potential as a 16 yo when he signed from palace, made a couple of appearances in uefa cup a few years ago, capable of scoring absolute screamers, but rumoured to have a big attitude problem, and several unsuccessful loan spells have stagnated his career somewhat. Apparently your manager doesnt take any crap from anyone, so might straighten him out a bit.

I think we should have a last ditch chance at signing leandro damiao i wud like spurs to atleast sign 1 person in the transfer window because we still have rooms for improvement

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Just read on an ITK site that Damaio has agreed personal terms with psg?!!

PLEASE TELL ME ITS NOT TRUE???

Agree0 Disagree0

I think damiao would be an excellent signing. Have seen quite a few games where he's played and if he hasn't scored he always seems to be in the right place at the right time and can play perfect passes for assists. Think with him and JD up front we could be dangerous in and around the box.

Thinking that if Damiao misses JD could be there to pick up loose balls. But think if we can also sign ade then two target men in and around the box we could certainly start to improve our goal scoring abilities.

Damiao, VDV, JD/Ade, Bale,Azza, Modders and Scott all capable of finding the net. Also with the King, walker and Huddleston/Sandro all able to find the net. We could have goals being scored from any and everywhere and think next season we really could be a potent threat.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd like moyes purely because he'll give the club a sense of stability (but with levy who knows). When I way up all the mangerial options the ony man perfect for what we need is still redknapp.

I can confirm that The Oracle is currently at his home, basking himself in luxury, feet up, Mike Oldfield In dulico jubilo blasting out, bag of kush and champagne all cos he knows that Damiao is on his way.

The Sc itk site is full of wannabe itk's that post hundreds of times and never get anything right. They also list this site as one of the sites they dont wont show any repeat rumours from, do they check? Wouldnt beleive anything from there. This site is much better.

The Oracle is quiet today, im guessing he doing his home work before dreaming up fantasy rumours to post here

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Have a good look through both pages my friend......

Agree0 Disagree0

I am here just wondering what rubbish you will all post when Damiao signs tomorrow.

When so many doubted and ridiculed I will have the last laugh. You know I was unlucky with the Cahill story way before the press reported him and Damiao but it is funny how people start to hedge bets as the deadline approaches.

The Oracle {Ed001's Note - how were you unlucky with the Cahill signing? Why keep lying?}

Agree0 Disagree1

Does this mean u wont post again if he doesnt sign? r will u be unlucky like cahill again, i hope u r right i really do

Agree0 Disagree0

Let's all wait and see people.

Sky sports claim that the zarate deal is a no go, as we want a loan deal and he wants a permanent move. Ed why don't spurs just buy him then everyone's happy?

Surely if he comes in and doesn't settle. The unsuccessful team from London whose name I can't remember because they're so far down the table it's like a distant memory, could buy him from us to replace RVP. {Ed001's Note - perhaps they just don't want to buy players while not knowing if the manager is going to be in a position to manage the club for much longer?}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Also, not everyones happy because at the end of the day zarate is not the best we could get, probably about equal to pav

Agree0 Disagree0

But then when has spurs ever signed a player that is the best that we could possibly get. Most of us are left disappointed at the end if the transfer window. Then the big names that we could possibly get spurs only seemed interested in loaning them. Remember Edgar davids? He was long past it when we tried to get him. The return of Robbie Keane ( should never have come back), the second signing of Teddy?, and HR speaks of Joe Cole who has long been past it.

I would just live for spurs to actually put a big name out and sign them. Give us fans a little boost and look forward to transfer windows instead of hanging around till the last hour to find out what washed up has been is coming over to warm our bench or go into the spurs XI {Ed001's Note - VDV?}

Agree0 Disagree0

VDV was probably the only exception. Most of the other signings have been mediocre when signing and have improved over time. Probably the last world class player we signed was either klinsman or Gazza

I wouldn't be too worried if Spurs didn't sign anyone in the next couple of days. Great squad of players at the moment, just premiership and fa cup to worry about. The only worthwhile signing would be Damiao, so he gets prem experience before 2012/13. If Spurs crack on and get CL for next season they will certainly attract players like Vertonghen/Rossi/Remy in the summer transfer window.

Deat mr levy, i have just spent 4 minutes watching a video of leandro diamao on you tube, this young striker is awsome.! it a must that we sign this player two footed fantastic in the air can beat players and the pace to keep up with gareth bale in full flight. so come on mr levy do the deal break the bank show the nomads and the mancs that we will push for the title and the fa cup.... CoYs

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Why did you not let Mr Levy know all this earlier? Im sure he would just go and blow £20m+ on a player without checking him out first!

Agree0 Disagree1

Youtube highlights could make titus bramble look awesome.......i think 24 mill is far too much to spend on someone who looks great on the net

You tube highlights and a bit of photoshop and Emile Heskey COULD score a goal.

Harry stated on sky sports he was flying to FRANCE on sunday, but who was he watching? i hope its remy again!!!

remy to cover lennon and damaio, im unconvinced but il take your word for it, you all seem keen! heard hes a suarez type player?!

i had a conversation with d.moyes before they played arsenal a couple of months back and he spoke very highly of spurs infront of his chairman. i believe he could be an option to deputise for harry if he leaves. however, it is out in the open that mourinho is 100% coming back to england... but for who?
