Use our rumours form to send us spurs transfer rumours.

As a Chelsea fan, I can't say that I wouldn't welcome Modrić with all my heart, but I also understand Spurs... he is world class and nobody wouldn't want to sell such a player, especially not Tottenham, who are, to be honest, lacking quality players, at least for now (let's wait till the 31. of August). But, to be honest, what is the point in keeping him...? Keeping an unhappy player is quite a risk and Spurs could really be gambling here... There is a big amount of money in question and if they do refuse any bids and modrić begins to play bad, than they lost two battles... And didn't Modrić also sign the contract because Levy agreed if an opher came in, he'd consider it?
I just hope that this ends really soon, so Chelsea may either find a replacement, or in case of modrić coming, Spurs have time for a proper replacement...

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Big amount of money involved - If you really wanted him why put in a first bid of just £22million?? and even £30 million and a constantly crocked player doesn't match our valuation of him.

Also no one knows whether Modric signed his new contract because of the 'Gentlemans agreement' stop reading all the bull*hit you read in the papers.

I can absolutely guarantee you that Modric will not be joining you this transfer window so Jog on mate

I am getting seriously pi**ed off with the situation developing at the club. How the fug do we go from having so many options to sign players (especially strikers) to now where we have spent about 2 illion for Friedal, Coubillay and Ceballos (Old and Young) and the only prospects we are looking at is Adebayor and Iago Falque(who?) on loan or a couple of has beens in Parker and Cole.......

I really wish I'd known what was gonna happen before I paid out for memberships for me and my son....just feel sorry for the season ticket holders

How long do we have to wait till this fool Levy signs a fuc*ing player. I've started to hate him. He's had an extra week to bring in a striker due to our first PL match being called off yet this Fu*king t**t wants to wait wait wait till he finds a bargain. Levy you are a joke. Azza

According to the bbc page today Diarra has said that no deal is done and he doesn't expect it to happen. Why are we chasing another CM? He's a good player but so is sandro and jake, if you include Modric, Niko, Hudd,VDV and even at a push Jenas, this signing is needless.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Not to sure about jenas giving him more credit than he deserves there mate

Hi ed..I have a question why harry want to insist infront of modric if he want to leave if he doesn't want to play for the club he insist many that he wants to leave so now in this case it is the time for harry and leviey to late him to go and leave the club it is enough for the club to show patience with him,so its destiny of him to leave spurs late the situation to be over . from the selling of him club can bring two talend and star player.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

How much do you think we would sell Modric for? Even if we got say £35 million for him most of this would be used up getting a 'star player' (not that we can attract them) so where is the money for the other two coming from.

Plus, because we have such a big squad we need to sell in order to get wages off the bill (and that'll be players not named in the 25 man squad sitting in the stands collecting money).

I don't know what other people think but if he doesn't want to play for us, sit him in the stands, train with the academy, and absolutely do not release him for his country.

Is harry scared of young/new players everyone he wants to sign are either 30 or players hes managed before p.s F#ck off joe cole we werent good enough for you before, so dont want u now oh yeah your another of Harrys pets so probly see you adding nothing to the team anytime soon.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Glad some one else has noticed about Arrys old pets ( there is enough floating about for him to start his own team , Arrys old boys ) . Cant we dump him on England now please ?? We are slowly becoming the laughing stock of English premier league , even Swansea has managed to spend more money than us Come on levy , dump the manager , even go yourself if need be .

A few weeks ago I posted my article which included many predictions. Two of those points were the signing of Lassana Diarra for £8m and a reversal of the Olympic Stadium decision. I received abuse and ridicule from 90% of those who responded.

So for those that doubted my words, let me ask you this:

1. Do you believe we will sign Diarra?
2. Do you believe a little more that the Olympic Stadium deal was always going to Spurs?

ED. Perhaps you could add the rest of my post and let's look at it now after so many weeks.

Your Master
The Oracle

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Levy is turning the club into the poor relations of london the way he is still trying for the Olympic Stadium.
1) Why doesn't he take the Mayors £8.5m and do up WHL
2) He could be taken court by WH if they find he paid a PI to look into the Finances of one of there part time staff that has already been cleared of any colusion
3) All the money he is wasting in legal costs could possibly go to purchase a player or their wages ??

Agree1 Disagree0

1 whu are already taking legal action in regards to the pi and the sunday newspaper concerned.
2 west hams original proposal was to have a stadium only..it was vetoed as not being part of the legacy for london thats why the running track has to stayed i myself dont like the idea of the running track..
3 judicial review will only look at how the stadium was awarded and can order the bidding process to be repeated i think the only bone of contention is the 40 mill loan from newham council .
4 with uk athlectics bidding for 2017 world cup decision to be made in november in seoul this needs to be done and dusted long b4 then
5 levy is only dragging this to try and get a bigger grant from the mayor/gov to assist in the upgrade of whl.....

Agree0 Disagree0

Did the oracle see this coming thfc are being investigated by the economic and specialist crime unit in regards to the pi they employed thfc offered to drop there challenge to whu right to play at the stadium if west ham dropped the complaint whu said no source.... west ham home page

Agree0 Disagree0

So once the police investigation is finished levy/others could find them sevles facing legal action also without a doubt civil action aswell which could prove pretty pricey has pi /newspapers are not the flavor the mnth i can see this going all the way if you dont believe me go to the west ham home page as for the oracle go to spec savers

Those posting rumours on ruiz coming to WHL where are you getting this info from. harry has said frontline not a priority, especially with his golden boy crouch. do agree that ruiz would be a good signing but unlikely imo

Why do we keep going on about the Olympic Stadium? Is it just me that thinks it's a bad idea? What's your thoughts Ed? Also what news on Adebayor, Diarra etc? Every deal seems to be taking far too long to finalise {Ed003's Note - I think it's a bad idea aswell}

Keep an eye out for our young striker Harry Kane aganist Hearts on Thursday. I have seen him play several times - he is very young, but boy what a player he is. I fully expect him to be a first team regular inside afew years and blooded into the first team squad this year in cup games. HE WILL BE THE REAL DEAL.

And for all those fools out there - you know who i mean, no i am not a relative of his. I'm just a Spurs FANatic who studies and understands my club better than those who come on here just to slag off others.

Bring on Hearts, COYS.
