My question is simple, press YES if you believe that the Olympic Stadium will go to West Ham for £15m + £2m per year rent. Alternatively press NO if you believe that the £600m public purse spending will legally overturn this nonsense.

We are asking the tax payer to write off £500m for West Ham and allow them 50% on future naming rights. Even the most uneducated amongst you know that the political roller coaster ride has only just begun. The Northumberland Park Project is focussed on multi million pound ventures including housing, schools, recreational investments and prime retail delivery. Without ambitious stadium plans it would be impossible to have a achieved the wider planning permission.

Now think logically;

1 - THFC Plc stands to make millions from the planning permission and partnership schemes and investments.
2 - You all talk about Levy as a shrewd businessman, but this would mean he passed up on a £15m + £2 per annum 80,000 stadium opportunity.
3 - Everyone is saying we are ready to compete at the next level, and our fan base and season ticket waiting list could deliver 100,000 fans. Yet here we are building for the future with a stadium of 56,000 which doesn't support our revenue and growth expectations.

I think you all know that there will be trouble ahead for the Olympic Stadium. We will make millions from the Northumberland Park Project, and finally apply for additional residential housing and commercial permission, which will provide significant revenues for our club. The legal battle will continue in the back ground, and eventually with the money in the bank we will secure an 80,000 Olympic Stadium. All very clever stuff, just wait for Leyton Orient and then THFC to play their next cards.

its a lease deal. they own no rights. I wish someone would explain economics 101 to this guy. people are going to E-petition against a 600 mill stadium deal? who exactly?

I wish you spent more time reading about the economy to know 600 mill is peanuts to what the govt actually needs to do to get the economy sorted.
