to have a go at mopo is incredulous quite frankly . we have the manager, the goalkeeper . walker, vertonghen, lamella, eriksen, I still have faith in soldado . dier ain't bad and davies looks more like a winger than a full back . hoping strambouli, yedlin and fazio are an improvement . as for capoue, paulinho, bentaleb and dembele, they might as well be the same player, keep 2 if we must and sell 2 .kane and adebayour ain't good enough . lennon, clirichles, rose and townsend are a disgrace . however it pains me to say over half the team play like boys . the only pace we have is in 3 of our worst players . baldini has to be sacked , enic need to sell, the new owners need to inject 100 million and we need to sell half the squad and let mopo go shopping with a 200 million warchest . can't believe i'm actually saying this but the same players are letting us down again and again .we simply aren't strong enough, fast enough, skilful enough or intelligent enough to make the top four . maybe i'm just livid after watching the game .COYS

You make some good points but, we play WBA at home. A team bottom of the league. A team without a win yet this season. A team who haven't scored for 3 and half games and we start with 2 DM's. One striker.and only one on the bench. Our 3rd and 4th choice centre backs. Fazio. Stambouli. Kane. Davies. Not even on the bench. It might be incredulous (in your opinion) to have a
go at MP but Enic/Levy don't pick the team. Our tactics and team were massively wrong today. In my book, that is the managers fault.

Its just the same old tripe. It doesn't matter who the manager is, without investment what can he do? Its not his fault who the chairman is. Everyone in the football world knew Spurs needed a top striker and an established Lb. It all comes back to Levy and his, only if its a bargain policy. My how the others must laugh at us. Did Poch want Davies or was he given him because Levy swung a straight swap deal? there's no one else to blame but Levy and the August transfer window proves this, and anyone that doesn't realise this is deluded.

The only constant is the chairman not the manager . begining to look like root cause.

Very true Yellow Card, the one constant is Levy and who can dispute this? The players you mention Spurski were funded by the greatest player that ever played for Spurs and probaly the best midfielder we ever had. Once again your defence of Levy just doesn't stand up when disputed. Its misguieded loyalty and gives you zero credability with what you say.

Spurski, I don't question Levys financial ability, the man is clearly very astute with money.

I do question his ability to create a football club that is successful in terms of winning trophies occasionally and being a serious contender for a Top 4 place in the PL. Not sure we are asking for anything more than that.

I don't want a Russian or Arab oil billionaire to buy us success - call me old fashioned I want to see us compete week in and week out and beat the teams we should beat, like the team bottom of the table.

pochetino OUT we are rubbish. we are going backwards. we were playing better under tim sherwood. I also think joe lewis and levy should sell up to someone who will take us forward. I hope they are happy with the dross we have at the club. I think we are in for a big hiding next week against arsenal

Let's carry on the endless cycle of firing managers as soon as we have a run off bad results. that's has worked great for us so far hasn't it?

Yellow card I am sick of managers getting sacked myself. the problem is with the board they have hired loads of managers but none of them are good. look at everton lost moyes then got martinez job done. poch is another avb in waiting

So after, what 9 games it has been decided MoPo is not good enough . how many managers have failed to make this club successful? Are they all not good enough?

Raver, Mopo out is the last thing we need!

It's OK we can get Rodgers, Martinez or LVG come xmas they are all managing teams below us in the league at the moment I'm sure Levy has one of them lined up to replace MoPo already . And Raver probably thinks they are all better than MoPo.

Raver how is a stupid knee-jerk reaction like that beneficial in any way shape or form. Mopo doesn't even know his strongest team yet

Oxspur, I agree that we need to keep Mopo, but he should know his strongest team by now! Add to that fact, half of them are s***e anyway, even an eleven year old could pick the team . What he needs to do is play the bloody best team in the PL where it matters . Fazio had a brilliant game, Verts is head and shoulders above Chiriches and Kaboul, Rose shouldn't be in the squad along with Lennon, players that should be playing aren't, and vice versa .

Has Verts signed his new contract or maybe he wants out. He has the ability but his commitment over the last period has been seriously lacking, perhaps MoPo knows he has left the building so why build a back 4 around him?

I watched Fazio play on Thursday looked like a tank running around the field long ball over him he ain't going to catch anyone. I would say put dier and jan together all season let dier learn from jan and we will build a decent cb pairing.

That's strange, most of the pundits and the papers had him down as man of the match!

Pundits and papers may have but did you watch the game? He wasn't very good.

How do we have 65% possession in the first half and they have more shots than us . and a higher percentage of shots on target?

As usual bottom of the league terrible result.

Still need a striker! Why is Kaboul playing ahead of Vert, what's happened to Fazio, why is Paulinho and Bentaleb in the squad?
Why didn't Levy get us the striker we deserved, no not Kane?
WHY BUY THE PLAYERS IF YOU don't f*****g PLAY THEM?

We are as usual the laughing stock of the league!

Well looks like another season of disappointment and I was only expecting to finish somewhere between 5th and 7th, that is beginning to look unattainable on recent performances.

Makes we think that the club has a top down issue . and by top I'm starting to question Levy and his readyness to terminate managers.
