I think enough is enough, i am soooo confused with what AVB is trying to do, god knows what the players are thinking. Granted we were always 2nd best today even after going 1-0 up. AVB made a brave decision is calling in Ade for Defoe and IMO Ade played very very well, he wound up the Cuty players and was in their faces constantly. But then AVB shows his true ineptness and makes a string of strange subs. Walker off for Dawson and Gallas to RB?, Defoe on for Ade? why not take Dempsey off he only touched the ball about a dozen times and then he gave it away, and then he brings on Naughton for Lennon at RW??

Why not start with naughton at LB and vert in the middle and leave gallas at home, and if he is insistant on playing his stupid f**king formation of 4-2-3-1, why not give Ade ago in the hole and send dempsey back to fulham. The players at times today looked confused and clueless as to AVBs tactics. I would like to ask a question:-

What do fellow Spurs fans think will happen first this season either A) Levy wakes up
and realises AVB at got a clue or B) AVB wakes up and realises his useless tactics and formation ain'tt working?

Neither will happen

Nothing will happen, if anything, until march (ish). Reason being, he will be given time now because of injuries, half a team missing and so on.
He will then be given funds in January and will be given a couple of months after the transfer window.
We will have AVB, in my opinion until the end of the season.

Couldn't agree more, the man just leaves me gobsmacked at times with his substitutions and negative tactics plus not sure how much more I can take!! I was right behind AVB when appointed but I hate to say it, my gut is telling me I have backed a con man!!

Wouldnt even play Siggi , play Carroll instead . At least he looks as if he wants to play for us !
Whilst on here , who on earth scouts for us ? Siggy and Dempsey were both wanted by the pool and not by us originally , and we end up with them ! Have we no scouts of our own ??

I do not know why AVB always tries to defend a lead. This tactic has failed for him every time. Spurs always concede goals. Only Villa and Reading failed to score against us. 6th place now and having to play Gunners away. Wigan result is really hurting. A successful team always has a good defence. Look at United, with 3 of their centre backs missing they still win their games. If you do not concede goals you can not lose !

right rant on : we will win nothing with this guy in charge , is man management skills are zero he drops defoe and then says its for the good of the team what the hell is all that about , bake and lennon through the week against a championship side at best looked a threat throughout the game today away to the champions went missing hudd is so immobile its not true dempsey why he never touched the ball today he obviously has no confidence in siggurdson so why did we buy him , we played the offside today and rode our luck but look at thier winning goal he brought lennon off and too right aswell but he put kyle naughton on a nartural defender instead of siggy or livermore or carrol so no surprise who played dzecko onside kyle bloody naughton , his natural position from the free kick is the back line , too many players went missing today apart from sandro the guy was the only saviour at times because the rest of the midfield were inept at best , cant believe we would be missing vdv because of his pace and movement but my god he has more then dempsey and hudd right at this moment , we desperatley need parker kaboul and dembele back and harry redknapp, think he has shown he isnt to me a spurs man we look a shadow of the team from last season already , i agree with a few comments on here we are not good to watch at the moment which has always been one of the spurs ideals sometimes to our cost i know but we look poor at the moment i want my spurs back rant off: coys

Great post. It is passionate and from the heart could not agree more. We need to get rid of A V B now ,, spurs always played attractive football. Not now.

All i want for christmas is harry back

I have been one of AVB's biggest supporters but enough is enough , get him out and get Ramos back !
Although we weren't brilliant on thursday , we showed we needed two up front . But no , Mr I know best goes back to one up front . He plays Gallas ??????, when he could play Dawson , or move Vert back and play Naughton left back . He plays Dempsey , WHY ?
He takes an attacking defender off and replaces him with an un mobile central defender . Then its still 1-1 so he takes a CF off to replace him with another , then with 3 mins to go he takes off another attacking player and replaces him with a defender , they then score a minute later and we have no one to attack back with . Thats SEVEN defensive players on the pitch , Arry must be pissing himself laughing , he had no tactical sense but this bloke is taking the piss !! I think most teams now will let us score , wait till the final 15 mins knowing he will make a change , then put the effort in to win . Why struggle to win yourself when the other teams manager will do it for you .
Please AVB , do us all a favour and f**k off and take Gallas , Dempsey , Jenas , Bentley , Siggy , etc with you ! And do it soon before the only decent players we have got jump ship as well .

Another defeat this time to city. fair play to both teams but tottenham just could not get thier game going. but adebyor was immense, great play he is really special, he could be the crouch and could play the ball to defoe,

Ffs avb again tries to defend a lead snd again weve conceded and lost

Its man city away and they were all over us for the whole game, he brought on defoe an you still slate him for defending the lead.

Yes , he brought on Defoe for Ade , when the useless pile of c**p called Dempsey stayed on yet again ,

We slate him because he bought on dawson ... a slow CB .. for walker....a flying RB. Why not bring on naughton straight away?!
