I dont often post on here but read the site almost daily. I have been a spurs supporter all my life and although we had the exciting times with Harry firmly believe that AVB will take us forward.

He is learning as a manager and if given the time at spurs think he will do well. We all were waiting for him to put Lloris in over Friedal which he has done. We wanted 2 up front which he now is using.

The only issue i have is with the negative tactics come the end of the game. If we can all see this surely he can i think he will look to sort this. Also we have Kaboul coming back soon and him and Vert will form our defence. I've never been a massive fan of BAE but we have missed him Naughton isnt good enough on the left. But still feel we need a quality left back to shore up the defence. With Lloris, Walker, Vert, Kaboul and a LB i think its a strong defence.

I'd like to see a quality striker come in but defoe is in the form of his life so why not wait till summer for this and concentrate on a playmaker to sit behind defoe. Moutinho would be nice but still cant see it happening. But Sigg's just doesnt look good enough

Shame u missed out the best left back in the world u muppet

Not many in PL thats any good at all , but benny is good going forward but is a bit of a liability defending

Like I said we have missed him which shows he's good just feel he is always looking for the Hollywood ball when he sometimes needs to keep it simple

One thing that we have really missed this year has been BAE feeding the midfield counter attack. I can't tell you the number of times I shake my head because the back four clear the ball to our opponents. Yes BAE was a liability at times under Harry's system. I really look forward to see how BAE adapts to AVB's system. With a healthy BAE and Kaboul joining Walker and Vert, I am excited and optimistic for the 2nd half of the season regardless of who we pick up in the winter transfer window.
