Oddbod, you claimed the deal for Sessegnon had been 'agreed months ago'.

This is from yesterday, Tony Khan their Vice-chairman "we heard from them (Tottenham) for the first time two weeks before the close of the window".

Case closed. Bye.

spursguvnor

1.) 12 Aug 2019 17:50:59
So you think I’m just an amazing guesser then?
I know the person who worked on the deal, it was agreed months ago, but if you think I’m just amazing otherwise that’s fine with me 😎.

07 Aug 2019 21:18:28
Hearing that we have agreed personal terms with Dybala and he will join Tottenham tomorrow 💪.

spursguvnor

1.) 08 Aug 2019 12:39:55
Not happening now Ellis.
Hopefully Le Celso, Sessegnon, and Fernandes by 5pm.

04 Jul 2019 22:59:35
Hearig we have had a bid accepted for Dani Olmo of Zagreb. He's a young player we have scouted many times. Unbelievable potential.

spursguvnor

1.) 05 Jul 2019 12:30:48
What’s happened to my team . Olmo and talk of Ceballos wanting to come as well.

This isn’t the Tottenham I’ve spent some many years following, though of course they haven’t signed yet, so there’s still a chance it’s the same club. ;)

2.) 10 Jul 2019 12:41:42
I’m guessing that no one is in for Eriksen is holding up any further midfield additions? Maybe the Pogba domino needs to fall first?

I hope we don’t miss out on Lo Celso, Olmo and/ or Ceballos then watch Eriksen walk for free next summer.

25 Jun 2019 18:54:36
I'm hearing we have agreed a price with Betis for Lo Celso.

spursguvnor

1.) 25 Jun 2019 20:57:19
Hahahaha, wtf. Don't know why I wrote that. I was thinking of Lo Celso when I wrote ot but I meant to say Ndombele of Lyon. Lots of reports now backing me up.

2.) 25 Jun 2019 20:58:07
Been smoking too much weed lol.

3.) 25 Jun 2019 22:26:50
Now you're talking to yourself.

4.) 26 Jun 2019 00:17:51
Ndombele for 65m appears to be a major upgrade to our starting xi. Can’t fault Levy and Poch if they get that over the line in the next few days.

5.) 26 Jun 2019 06:44:22
Good signing there boys. ndombele looks a decent player ( from what I’ve seen)

6.) 26 Jun 2019 08:37:29
Yellow, that's the policy. If we can get the players we want for the first team as an upgrade then big money will be spent and we'll carry on trying to snap up young prospects eg Sessegnon, Clarke too.

I think it will be a bit more than 65m but nevertheless it's a bargain imo. He's exactly what we needed.

7.) 26 Jun 2019 11:19:32
Guvnor - if we’re to try and close the gap on City and Liverpool it’s the only policy we can have. Hopefully put some distance between ourselves and the other usual suspects while we’re at it.

8.) 26 Jun 2019 14:21:26
Could be a great signing or expensive flop, we will see.

9.) 26 Jun 2019 19:27:40
Either way Wodbod at £65 million Ndombele transfer is greater then the while Arsenal transfer budget for the summer oh how times have changed.

10.) 26 Jun 2019 20:05:28
The guvenor is the top man for transfer gossip, he said we would b3 signing ndombele and it's looking like its happend, while wodbod said we had signed segsson weeks ago 🤣😂🤣.

11.) 27 Jun 2019 15:00:05
You have raver signed segsson, my friend works for his agent, markymark I guess you actually believe what the papers say then 😂🤣😂.

12.) 27 Jun 2019 17:08:10
Wodbod I rather listen to what the papers say than the tripe you spout in here.

13.) 27 Jun 2019 19:18:32
“In here” 😂🤣😂🤣.

14.) 27 Jun 2019 21:07:14
Oddbod,

what price did we sign Sessegnon for - cause almost to a person the media suggest there is still a 20m discrepancy in what we have bid and what Fulham want?

15.) 28 Jun 2019 16:56:12
He didn’t tell me how much, he said you have brought Sessegnon and Man Utd have brought Crystal Palace defender that was weeks ago, haven’t spoke to him since then as to why it hasn’t been shown as done yet.

14 Jun 2019 13:24:15
Spurs are very close to getting Lo Celso off Betis.

Just as Ellis Dee broke the news last year Tanguy Ndombele is wanted. Ndombele wants the move, Levy and Aulas are locking horns at this very minute.

Expect both of those deals to go through along with Ryan Sessegnon.

Ben Chilwell would be first choice if Rose was to leave, but Leicester would be a nightmare to deal with and that would be the same for Maguire who would be our primary target of a CB but Alderweireld is staying anyway. Pochettino also likes Digne of Everton. Vertonghen is set to sign a new contract also. Lewis Dunk has also been looked at. Atal and Aaron's of Norwich have also been looked at if Trippier, Aurier leave.

Jack Clarke of Leeds has also been heavily scouted as has Bowen of Hull and Brooks of Bournemouth.

Meanwhile Arsenal are struggling to tempt Fraser of Bournemouth with the lure of Thursday night football LOL.

spursguvnor

1.) 14 Jun 2019 15:37:38
Excellent information as usual mate, I won't bother with sly sports news or talkrubbish for my football rumours just my good old sidekick Ellis😎.

2.) 14 Jun 2019 16:40:29
Lo Celso - except for the fact Manchester United topped our offer by more than a few million

No way we will get the 2 midfielders and consider paying Leicester what they want for Maguire - simply not all happening even if we can find a buyer for Eriksen and Toby leaves.

3.) 14 Jun 2019 23:43:13
As if you will be signing all 3, I’ve already told you weeks ago the Sessegnon deal has been done.

4.) 14 Jun 2019 23:45:33
How are Arsenal struggling to tempt Fraser, spursguvnor?

5.) 14 Jun 2019 22:45:20
Raver remember when I told you lot about Ndombele before most of you even knew who he. I was told we even agreed a fee but Aulas pulled the plug.

Yellow, read my post again.

6.) 15 Jun 2019 13:23:07
Remember when you said spurs would win a cup last season?

7.) 15 Jun 2019 17:03:22
Remember when I said it's happening again? Hahahahaha 💋.

8.) 15 Jun 2019 17:06:40
Remember when you said Arsenal will definitely finish top 4😁.

9.) 15 Jun 2019 23:31:06
Only reason we didn’t was the spurs game when you got lucky to get a point, linesman didn’t do his job properly Arsenal did, how was I to know that raver?

10.) 16 Jun 2019 08:39:22
I think the reason you finished below us was because again you got less points than us! Your arguements are always based on ifs, well here is one for you Oddbod, IF my Auntie had balls she would be my Uncle!

11.) 16 Jun 2019 15:48:20
Never heard that before.

12.) 16 Jun 2019 15:51:22
Mwheels you need to read my post again, not once did I put IF, you are reading what you want to hear and not want I put, well here is one for you mwheels, read it properly!

13.) 16 Jun 2019 23:25:51
Wodbod,
You’re saying that the final league positions, 38 total games for each team, are a reflection of a single incident in a single game?

Help me out, which single incident resulted in City winning the title?

Perhaps you’d like to look at the other 37 games you played and how many times one of your players made a mistake that resulted in a goal being conceded or a chance being missed (a particular penalty comes to mind) , I’m sure you’ll find more than one incident that had nothing to do with games against us.

14.) 17 Jun 2019 08:04:10
Yellow, don’t rise to him. He’s the biggest plank on this site.
If he thinks Arsenal v Spurs decided the final places to says it all.

He clearly doesn’t understand.

15.) 17 Jun 2019 10:15:20
I’m talking about head to head games between rivals which was the difference, that particular penalty you are talking about should of been re-taken as vertonghen was near the ball when PEA took the penalty that’s why vertonghen got to the line and stopped the rebound it was more than one incident that officials got wrong in your favour, im not talking about IF’S I’m talking FACTS.

16.) 17 Jun 2019 10:19:24
With VAR in use on that game the result would of been different or are you denying that? With head to head games which is what we are talking about between 2 rival clubs, like I stated before Arsenal did there job properly, the officials didn’t.

17.) 17 Jun 2019 11:13:48
I can’t imagine a spurs fan saying we did our job properly and finished 5th.

But if that’s your new trophy go for it.

18.) 17 Jun 2019 13:08:43
It was your away record that ruined your season, Never mind head to head games. Your run of results we're abysmal, Ours wasn't much better . But you had a chance and blew it.

Burnley - Lost
Leicester - Lost
Wolves - Lost
Palace - Lost
Everton - Lost

Like I said to you earlier in the season, You we're lucky in a lot of games which I watched.

If you want to believe it was the penalty that should have been re-taken, Then you clearly are a deluded individual who knows F'ALL.

19.) 17 Jun 2019 23:37:02
Drthfc you do realise there is a rule called Infringement, In case of an infringement of the laws of the game during a penalty kick, most commonly entering the penalty area illegally. Now you know the rules

Yellow card I was responding to ravers post originally somehow you have lost track of that

Drthfc you tell yellow card not to rise to me and I’m the biggest plank on this site, and then you post an essay to try and prove me wrong in which you failed spectacularly and have just learned a rule you didn’t know about 😂🤣😂🤣.

20.) 19 Jun 2019 00:22:47
Oddbod, it happened again.

21.) 19 Jun 2019 11:23:47
I know, another trophyless season for spurs happened again 🤣.

I'm torn tonight do I watching Danny Dwyer and Phil Mitchell or that massive match against Frankfurt 😂🤣😂 I will give both a miss and have some action on the backseats on the subaru instead😎.

15 Sep 2019 22:52:45
You got your Arsenal back you got your Arsenal back you got your Arsenal back 😂

Watford battered you. Lucky Arsenal, but its OK you won the fa Cup 10 years ago and you have Rob Holding, Cellabos on loan and Saliba for next season.

Arsenal are the laughing stock of world football - hehe 😂🤣 haha.

spursguvnor

15 Sep 2019 18:39:43
Hahahahahaha business as usual. Don't forget to mention the foul on Hughes for the first goal today Oddbod. Hahahahaha Guendozi hahahahaha Pepe hahahahaha Thursday nights hahahahahaha.

spursguvnor

1.) 15 Sep 2019 19:40:01
2 nil up against the bottom of the league and they go missing as usual😂🤣😂🤣 don't worry wodbod if you are not enjoying the match on Thursday night you only have to switch to BBC for a bit of Danny dyer and Phil Mitchell 😂🤣😂🤣.

2.) 15 Sep 2019 19:53:57
Hahaha No major trophy in 28 years
Ahahahahahahahah No league title in 58 years
Plenty to celebrate being a spurs fan
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂.

3.) 15 Sep 2019 19:56:31
I’ve never met a spurs fan who celebrates Arsenal getting a point away Ahahahahah.

4.) 15 Sep 2019 19:57:12
So you think it should of been 1-0 to Arsenal then? encroachment for Watford first goal, and dived for Watford’s pen, Kane should watch how to dive probably.

5.) 15 Sep 2019 20:10:48
Ouch, someone's not happy tonight 😭.

6.) 15 Sep 2019 20:19:54
I’ve never met a fan of any other club as obsessed with us as you Oddbod - it’s mind blowing. Have you considered psychiatric help?

7.) 15 Sep 2019 20:44:05
Both Watford goals were spot on, David Luiz was lucky he didn't break the players leg for the penalty, you are so bitter when results don't go your way is unreal plus the jealousy you have over the raver, I can't help I look like a Greek God with my purple torso and Erick lamela looks going clubbing every weekend in the subaru😎.

8.) 15 Sep 2019 21:07:51
Raver - purple torso? You might want to go see the doctor it might not be too late.

9.) 15 Sep 2019 21:28:05
Lol I meant to say ripped instead of purple torso, mind you the amount of alcohol and marching powder I had last night my body does look a bit off colour😁.

10.) 15 Sep 2019 22:03:31
Raver didn’t you see the Watford player in the area when the goal kick was taken? Or do you think that is allowed?

11.) 16 Sep 2019 01:01:36
His foot was an inch over the line wodbod, it could have been given sure but its pretty insignificant and not what cost us the game. Emery finding a way take an improved squad and somehow make them almost spurs-level bottlers is the problem. Our entire defence and midfield just evaporating under any pressure is the problem. Playing out from the back for no reason, under huge pressure, when we're rubbish at it is the problem. Having a cb who cannot defend and is averaging a penalty a game is the problem. Having a spineless team led by a spineless, tactically clueless manager is the problem. Watford could have scored 10 today.

All of that and we're level on points with the mighty spurs.

12.) 16 Sep 2019 15:00:32
Sir Wenger, and you're also playing on Thursday nights, again.

13.) 16 Sep 2019 22:10:37
⬆️ Oddbod owned by a Goon in SirWenger, on a Spurs page! Priceless 🥇.

25 Jul 2019 19:09:42
ODDBOD, I told you spurs will start to splash the cash and true to form, like most bitter Gooners, all you could come up with is generic 💩 about our stadium costs. I bet it's driving you mad. Financially spurs are now a BIGGER club than Arsenal.

While Arsenal are busy loaning players here there and everywhere spurs, on the same day, are busy announcing a £320 mil sponsorship deal, with a naming rights deal and possibly a shirt sleeve deal still to come aswell as trying to snap up star players on real contracts. Whose the daddy Oddbod 🤫.

spursguvnor

1.) 25 Jul 2019 20:10:55
Fantastic post that Guvnor, spurs new kit deal is the 3rd highest in the premier league plus we are looking at dybala for 70 million plus not some real Madrid rejects on loan.

2.) 25 Jul 2019 20:11:35
How are spurs financially a bigger club? You got the same amount for the sponsorship deal as Arsenal currently have, and only last year Arsenal strike the third biggest kit sponsorship deal ever, behind Barcelona and Man Utd worth £300m 🤫
😂🤣😂.

3.) 25 Jul 2019 20:22:44
spurs are at least a decade behind Arsenal in terms of finances 😂🤣😂🤣.

4.) 25 Jul 2019 21:15:01
Arsenal are at least a decade behind spurs on the pitch, oh what a night watching Tottenham on a Tuesday night you play Thursday cause you know the rest😘.

5.) 25 Jul 2019 21:23:07
Don't believe any of these so called 'facts' that this dreamer claims to deal in! 👍
Cherry picked nonsense 🍒 and lying by omission to suit his narrative 🤥
He doesn't answer questions directly and then tries to force us to answer his every question 🤐.

6.) 25 Jul 2019 21:51:27
Your special relationship with Real Madrid looks fantastic, another player joined Arsenal while you only sell to them 😂🤣😂.

7.) 25 Jul 2019 22:17:52
Oddbod, because we have made more money. Enjoy.

8.) 26 Jul 2019 01:29:26
15m for 1 year, with no to buy option . can’t imagine Levy ever considering a deal like that. Oh wait he rejected it and let someone else take the bait. who could possibly be that short of funds that a deal like that would make sense?

9.) 26 Jul 2019 08:12:33
Yellow you can’t afford that sort of deal that’s why, you clearly believe that papers when they talk about we only have a £40m budget 😂.

10.) 26 Jul 2019 08:13:08
Yellow card the papers also say arsenal had to fight off late interest from spurs for that deal, levy didn’t reject it Cebellos turned you down, that’s another player turning you down 😂🤣😂🤣.

11.) 26 Jul 2019 16:10:18
Apparently, Levy wanted a “to buy” option or outright purchase, which Cebellos didn’t want. Cebellos was also concerned about game time at Tottenham.

As for your 40m budget, I have no clue one way or the other Oddbod. But any business trying to maximize limited funds would be wise to consider taking a quality asset on short term lease in the hope of improving its standing and improve its finances. Hopefully you have studied basic economics at school.

Since when have we ever released a statement saying we tried? I've said it on here countless times, we have no idea exactly what goes on in the background. We don't know every player we have tried for or what's happened. Yes I get some info but in the most we are all in the dark over 99 percent of what goes on. We ain't the only club trying to get players, like I said look at Utd with Maguire. Your comment about the millions is ridiculous.

Mwheels, that sort of post really pisses me off. It's incredibly hard to do transfers. It's much more complex than you think.

There are lots of factors. Just because you see another club sign someone you have no idea how long it took, if they got turned down by other players before they got the player that signed etc etc. You talk about millions of pounds like its nothing lmao.

Levy will wait until he drives down Betis and Fulham for Lo Celso and Sessegnon, that's how it works.

Look at Utd with Maguire. Yes it's frustrating to wait but Levy is looking after our club. Yes Levy has made some mistakes but in the most he has been superb for our club.

Levy is actually a very good Chairman, his hands are tied BUT there is a reason why Lewis employed him in the first place and that's that he would deliver exactly as Lewis wanted given his let's say tight but shrewd business acumen. Obviously this is a very basic and brief summary. Levy is also obsessed with the NFL project.

I would love new owners, but Lewis and Levy are waiting, they see evenmore $$$$ further on down the line.

Its small margins though, had we got the points from some of those outrageous decisions against us we would be a bit more positive. I am now in the ENIC out camp though. They've left Poch high and dry.
