Any further News on LLorente joining? Or is all still paper talk?

Hardly a back up. Spurs need another quality striker.Llorente is class. Kane was meant to be back up striker last year but had an incredible season whereas soldado flopped.

If you look at Llorentes stats for last season: 31
Games 7 Goals 1 Assists 49 shots, he would most vertainly be happy as 2nd choice behind Kane, rather than 3rd choice behin Morata and Dybala.

How true is the Information about Konoplyanka undergoing a medical today at Spurs - lots of Internet talk since about 8 this morning saying it.

Dutch Website nu.nl reporting an 8.5 Million Pound bid made for Konoplyanka by Spurs. Shed any light Ed?

Not so much a rumour but it is getting more likely that Lloris could be on his way this summer. As such I have given some though to affordable replacements:
Yann Sommer
Jasper Cillessen
Timo Horn
All of who would be Quality replacements, considering.

Being from Australia, I hope we look at Mat Ryan, I know he had a trial maybe 18 monthes ago, but has improved unbelievably in the last couple of years. Will end up being one of the best keepers in the world.

Clearly the above was not the case. My comment was based on the fact that there was an agreement between the Soton and Atletico, (Spiurs have no such Agreement with Kane), that the Player could join them for 6.8, with the clause that A.Madrid could back out if they paid 1.5 to Soton. With Soton at the time claiming that the Deadline to make that payment was missed, then Atletico surely would have been bound by that deal, but what was not made clear is if they could accept other offers. Anyway, all of that does not matter now because Toby is ours now. COYS. P:S. I would trust me more with our finances than Baldini.

Your right, but time is Money. And it is time wasted on a Player who they do not really want.
