Cant remember when I was this excited at the beginning of a season, not just because of the new signings, but the real feeling of a "project" happening at our beloved spurs. With each purchase, you can see the reasoning behind the purchase and the solid structure of the team improving. COYS.

I want to know does anyone else think real madrid will be back next summer to try and get whoever our star player will be this season. I really don't see the point in the whole agreement. who know if we get lamela they might try get him next summer or paulinho lol

No I think it'll be a player who has been with us a couple of years already so I'm going to have a guess that Sandro will be the player Madrid want next.

I'd expect them to come after Verts or Paulinho . Sandro needs to demonstrate he can play a couple of full seasons I hate to say without a major injury. Even Walker if he regains his form of 2 seasons ago would be a candidate.

About time that spurs cancelled this so called "special arrangement", as it only works one way, plus the fact that they spend ages trying to unsettle the players even before they make any offers. They have done it twice now, and no-one complains, isn't it about time that Levy explained that agreements are supposed to work for both parties.
